Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without needing to state a reason.

How to Initiate a Return?

Send an email to anaochoa.bcn@gmail.com indicating your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason.
We will respond within a maximum of 48 hours with shipping instructions.
Return the items in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and unused.

Condition of Returned Items

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

Original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all tags intact.
Original packaging preserved.
Returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage due to improper handling.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order on our part, in which case we will assume the full cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective product or one different from your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending photographs of the item to anaochoa.bcn@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement item or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Legal Guarantee

All The Indigo Edit products come with a legal guarantee of 2 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Spanish consumer legislation.
